I would be remiss if I did not comment on my initial contact with your company. My call was handled by a delightful secretary (Arlene, is it?) with a problem that was no concern of yours (I bought windows from a company no longer in business, and had a problem with one window). Mike called me back, heard my problem, made an appointment and was on time for that appointment. His expertise corrected my problem in short order. It is nice to find one helpful, knowledgeable person in a company but to find two is unbelievable. I thank you and commend your employees.
